Kirsten Prehn Bouck

Growing up as a soccer player and theater geek, Kirsten has always loved to move and inspire. Her favorite outlets for creativity are Pilates, yoga, spinning, paddle boarding, acting and dancing. She has a passion for teaching, flowers, bodies of water and being with family.
Kirsten is an ITT Pilates (SF, CA) certified Pilates instructor, as well as has studied personal training and nutrition. She has an AA in psychology and loves to connect with her students and community alike. She prides herself on being an approachable, body-positive coach and friend. Gain a basic knowledge of the Pilates essential exercises. Begin to improve alignment, body awareness, posture control and stability. Internalize the six principles of Pilates- breath, center, precision, control, concentration and dynamic flow. All levels welcome and encouraged. Great warm up for Creative Strength!

Get ready to work! High energy, low impact excercises that will keep you grooving! Incorporate Pilates, HIIT, strength and cardio into a fun flow with great music. All levels welcome- challenge yourself!
