Age in Motion ~ This class works and plays “in the direction of” yoga poses,
focusing on age-appropriate yet dynamic movement. Breath, balance and range-
of-motion exercises move us slowly, deeply, toward expansion and release. We
nourish our bodies and flourish with fun. All ages and levels of ability are welcome.
Wednesdays at 5:30-6:40pm and Saturdays at 9-10:10am
